Rutland Industries was established in 1961. Over the past 50 years, we have become one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of science and technology equipment to schools and educational authorities throughout Southern Africa.
As a manufacturer and designer, Rutland Industries is able to offer quality laboratory equipment at factory prices. Our well equipped and extensive factory manufactures a wide range of science equipment.
Rutland Industries supplies a comprehensive range of items, many of which we import directly from companies throughout the world. These include well known suppliers such as Philip Harris, Data Harvest, Unilab, Somso, Ohaus, Hubbard, Teltron and many others.

Our well stocked bulk warehouse holds a vast range of over 3 500 items of science equipment, covering Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Technology, Geography, Chemicals and Glassware. Because of this, we are able to supply most items immediately off the shelf. Orders are picked, packed and sent out on a daily basis.

We are dedicated to supplying schools and educational institutions with science and laboratory equipment, and our sales staff will be happy to assist you with your requirements.
